Carter is One Week Old

Carter Lynn Purcell was born one week ago!  Time sure does fly.  Yesterday, Carter had his one week check up and everything went great.  He weighs 8lbs 1.5oz, which places him in 55th percentile for weight, and is 20 1/4 inches long, which places him in 55th percentile for height as well.  Dr. Hulsen was so happy with his weight gain, he doesn't have to go back to the pediatrician until his one month check up. 

I decided to take a few pictures of Carter since he is a week old.

Carter is doing great.  He is a great baby!!  Eats, sleeps, and goes to the bathroom.  No fussing or crying.  We have all adjusted well since his arrival.  He is absolutely perfect!
